In nearly all Thai houses you find a Buddha room, or if they are less wealthy at least a Buddha corner, with several Buddha statues, candles and incense sticks.

And most houses also have a corner for King Rama V., who is worshiped like a god by most Thais.

And at least a picture of the current king, King Rama IX or Bhumibol Adulyadej. This year Thailand celebrates the 61st year of his accession to throne on June 9, 1946.
